Personalities of the Week - ThursdayThis is the fourth part of what will be seven short stories about the personification, or rather monsterification, of the days of the week. Featured in the story is Kayleigh, a slightly tragic twenty-something who lives in a flat with her cat Tuffty. Through her story we see the days of the week melt and merge through the times of the day and into each other. The idea formed when I was writing an email to a friend at about midnight on a Sunday night and thinking solemnly to myself about the fact that it was already Monday morning. Thank you for reading! |

I have been waiting for this! I really enjoyed the story. The week creature is getting more and more fleshed out. I think it makes sense as the week is coming to a close. This is almost stephen king if blood were on the table.
My only feedback may be that the less about the creature known, the more people will have to wonder which I think makes this work so well.
I am enjoying the series and can't wait to see what's in store for the characters...
